Abstract

This study examines the fundamental transformation in the education landscape by integrating adaptive learning and AI analytics. The study analyzes five main aspects: learning paradigm transformation, integrated implementation models, critical success factors, impact evaluation, and challenges and future development strategies. The research methodology combines comprehensive literature analysis with case studies of implementations in various educational institutions. The results show significant improvements in learning effectiveness, with an average increase in student engagement of 42% and material comprehension of up to 40%. The study also identifies a practical implementation framework and critical factors that influence the successful adoption of adaptive learning technologies. Key challenges include data privacy, system scalability, and the need for one.
